Leesburg, GA – First National Bank is thrilled to announce that Phil Franklin has joined the bank as Senior Relationship Manager in its Leesburg office.
Phil brings over 45+ years of banking experience in the Albany and Leesburg markets. In his role, he will focus on business development and market growth while also providing strategic direction for the Bank.
A native of Albany, Phil graduated from Albany High School before earning his degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has served in both lending and management roles, building strong relationships and a reputation for integrity throughout the region.

Phil and his wife, Margaret, reside in Leesburg. Together they have four children, four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. They are members of Sherwood Baptist Church.
