BAINBRIDGE, GA (May 16, 2025) – First National Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Beth Hamilton to Vice President. In this expanded role, Hamilton will continue to lead the Bank’s compliance program and serve as Audit Manager, overseeing internal audit functions to ensure regulatory adherence and operational integrity.
Hamilton joined First National Bank in July 2023 and brought with her more than seven years of banking experience. Since joining the team, she has played an integral role in strengthening the Bank’s compliance framework and supporting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Most recently, Hamilton graduated from the Georgia Bankers Association (GBA) Compliance School—an intensive and highly respected program that equips banking professionals to navigate the increasingly complex regulatory environment.
