Bainbridge, GA — November 2025 — First National Bank is excited to announce the recent promotions of Sutton Reece, Nicole Maxwell, Joshua Rathel and Nicole Braswell to leadership and customer-focused roles at the Main Office and the new Highway 27 location next to Publix. These promotions are a reflection the Bank’s growth and continued commitment to serving this community.
Sutton Reece has been promoted to Assistant Vice President and Market Manager for the Highway 27 location next to Publix. A Relationship Banker since 2020 and proud Bainbridge High School Bearcat alumnus, Sutton and his wife, Haley, are members of Southwest Baptist Church. Sutton currently serves as a Chamber Ambassador for the Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce.
Nicole Maxwell has been promoted to Bank Officer and Market Supervisor at the new Highway 27 location next to Publix. Also a Bearcat alumna, Nicole joined the Bank in 2016 and has been instrumental on the customer service side of the Bank. She and her husband, Richard, have two young sons and attend First Christian Church in Bainbridge. Nicole currently serves as a Chamber Ambassador for the Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce.
Joshua Rathel has been promoted to Banking Officer and Relationship Manager at the Main Office location. Josh has over 13 years of banking experience and serves as Pastor of Macedonia Church in Colquitt. Josh and his wife Erika reside in Donalsonville.
Nicole Braswell has been promoted to Banking Officer and Relationship Manager at the Main Office location. She has over 17 years in the financial industry to assist customers with mortgage lending. She and her husband, Rusty, have three boys and attend Climax Baptist Church.
