Bainbridge, GA — August 31, 2026 — First National Bank is pleased to announce that Anthony Cobb has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President and a member of the Bank's Senior Management Team. Based in the Bank's Bainbridge office and reporting directly to the CEO, Anthony will focus primarily on developing and strengthening relationships that support the Bank's continued growth across the communities it serves.

Anthony joins First National Bank after several years at PeoplesSouth Bank in Colquitt, where he served as City President. He brings extensive banking and lending experience to his new role, along with familiarity with many of the systems and processes First National Bank currently uses.
Anthony is a native of Miller County and a graduate of Southwest Georgia Academy. He holds a BA degree in Political Science and Accounting from Mercer University. His deep roots in Southwest Georgia, combined with his years of banking experience, give him a strong understanding of the people, businesses, and communities First National Bank serves.
Anthony and his wife, Janna Hornsby Cobb, have been married for more than 33 years. Janna is a licensed pharmacist and also a graduate of Southwest Georgia Academy. They attend Macedonia Church of Colquitt and have two adult children. They reside in Miller County.
